Individual Therapy
Through individual psychotherapy, I provide a supportive, professional space for adults and adolescents (ages 13–17) to explore the challenges they are facing. My work focuses on helping individuals navigate concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, identity questions, and major life transitions, as well as difficulties with boundaries in relationships or the emotional impact of a medical diagnosis.
Our work isn’t just about talking. It’s about developing greater awareness, strengthening emotional resilience, and finding practical ways to respond to life’s challenges with clarity and intention.
Depression & Anxiety: Develop practical skills for managing low mood, persistent worry, panic symptoms, and stress. Therapy can support improved emotional regulation, coping strategies, and a steadier sense of balance over time.
Trauma & PTSD: Trauma‑informed therapy focused on processing difficult experiences in a supportive, professional environment. The work emphasizes safety, stability, and helping individuals regain a greater sense of control and understanding
Grief & Loss: Support for navigating the complex emotions that can follow bereavement, divorce or separation, and other major life transitions. Therapy offers a compassionate space for adults and adolescents, including children affected by parental divorce, to process loss, adjust to change, and make sense of what they are experiencing.
Self‑Esteem & Identity: Support for exploring issues related to self‑worth, confidence, and identity. Therapy can help individuals understand how these concerns shape relationships and decision‑making, including patterns of remaining in relationships that may not feel healthy or aligned. The work focuses on building self‑understanding, self‑acceptance, and a clearer sense of personal values.
